Celebrate Chautauqua Institution’s birthday (Old First Night) with the return of this celebrated company and its stunning redefinition of Chinese acrobatics. The Peking Acrobats will perform daring maneuvers atop a precarious pagoda of chairs and display their technical prowess with trick-cycling, precision tumbling, juggling and gymnastics. Since their founding in 1986, these acrobats have been featured on numerous television shows, celebrity-studded TV specials and on the silver screen. Company members were featured in Ocean’s Eleven playing alongside Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt and George Clooney and in that film’s two sequels, Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen.
