Cedric Alexander joins Michael Hill in conversation on the need for police reform in the U.S.
Alexander served over four decades in law enforcement and public service, Cedric Alexander is the former Chief of Police in DeKalb County, Ga., former president of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, and former member of President Barack Obama's Task Force on 21st Century Policing.
Hill serves as the president of Chautauqua Institution.
