Barbara Brown Taylor returns to Chautauqua to provide wisdom on the spirituality of human beings.
Taylor is a New York Times best-selling author, teacher, and Episcopal priest. Her first memoir, Leaving Church (2006), won an Author of the Year award from the Georgia Writers Association. Her fourteenth book, Holy Envy: Finding God in the Faith of Others, was released by HarperOne in 2019. Taylor is a five-time Chaplain of the Week at Chautauqua, who graced us with her wisdom during the 2019 week focusing on Grace: A Celebration of Extraordinary Gifts.
