Baylor in Washington, Brazos Press, Denver Seminary and Chautauqua Institution are pleased to bring you an evening with Beth Barr. A discussion of her latest book The Making of Biblical Woomanhood: How the Subjugation of Women became Gospel Truth was held in December 2021 at the Capital Press Room in Washington DC explored the themes of Dr. Barr's book including the historical development of gender roles in the Christian church, as well as their implications for the church today.
