Chautauqua Women's Club Contemporary Issues forum featuring Ann E. Rondeau, president, Naval Postgraduate School; Vice Admiral, U.S. Navy (Ret.) Technological Leadership: Our nation is engaged in a long-term, strategic competition that threatens our security and way of life. The rapid pace of technological change and adoption has created unprecedented national security challenges. The Navy and Marine Corps must adapt to keep pace, assure technology advantages, and simultaneously develop leaders with the cognitive abilities needed to maintain a decisive maritime advantage. Vice Adm.
